Important Info's

Cancellation Policy 

A 24-hour notice is required in order to reschedule all appointments. If, for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment: within 24 hours of your original scheduled appointment you may reschedule by sending an email to megan@thedivabeautybar.com

If a 24 hour notice is not received or is a no show, you'll be charged 50% of the service. 

We will be charging $80 for the NO SHOW OR LATE CANCELLATION NOTICE

Late Arrivals

To avoid disappointment and fees, when attending your booking please make an effort to arrive on time. Late arrivals will not be able to have their full appointment serviced properly, or even seen at all as most days we are fully booked.

Bookings attended later than 15 minutes will be canceled and will be charged up to 50% from the card on file. No shows are unacceptable, if no notice of cancellation/reschedule is made, you will be responsible to pay 50% of the service

For New Clients- Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete paper works. 

Refunds

Diva Beauty Bar does not refund any service(s)

Once a deposit is paid, you are committing to your appointment and your chosen procedure.

There are no refunds for change of mind or when we begin the service(s).

If you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will be happy to make an adjustment ( if any).

Guest/ Extra Guest (s)

We ask that you attend your appointment alone.

No extra guests (unless translator is needed)

Issues

Any retention issues following your lash appointment must be reported within 48 hours. If there was product malfunction, we will do our best to fix the issue.

Must follow ALL pre and post care instructions for the best results. 

Payment

Credit Card or Deposit of $20 is required at time of booking to secure your appointment.
